Upcoming Transcript Services Upgrade and Shutdown:

Transcript ordering via Parchment will be offline from 1:00 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday, March 22 to 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 23. No transcript requests will be processed during this period. In preparation for this upgrade, the Hold for Grades and Hold for Degree processing options will be unavailable until March 23.

Semester Classification

An undergraduate degree candidate's semester classification is used for establishing the following:

  • how early a student may register
  • assigning classes with a prerequisite semester classification
  • change of campus assignment
  • tuition calculation
  • eligibility for parking on campus

This classification is based on the following table of credits earned (policy 37-70):
