Upcoming Transcript Services Upgrade and Shutdown:

Transcript ordering via Parchment will be offline from 1:00 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday, March 22 to 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 23. No transcript requests will be processed during this period. In preparation for this upgrade, the Hold for Grades and Hold for Degree processing options will be unavailable until March 23.

Transcript ordering shutdown period for 2020 Winter Break

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The Pennsylvania State University will be closed beginning 5:00 p.m. (EST) on December 23 for Winter Break and will reopen at 8:00 a.m. (EST) on January 4, 2021. The web portal for requesting an official transcript will close for the winter break at 12:00 p.m. (EST) on Wednesday, December 23, 2020. Our staff will work to fulfill any transcript requests that were placed before this deadline. We cannot accept any transcript orders after 12:00 p.m. on December 23.

The web portal will reopen at 8:00 a.m. (EST) on January 4, 2021.

Fall 2020 graduates should not request an official transcript before the winter break shutdown. Degree conferral will not be completed before the winter break. Please refer to our End of Semester Transcripts page for important dates and information.
