Upcoming Transcript Services Upgrade and Shutdown:

Transcript ordering via Parchment will be offline from 1:00 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday, March 22 to 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 23. No transcript requests will be processed during this period. In preparation for this upgrade, the Hold for Grades and Hold for Degree processing options will be unavailable until March 23.

Spring 2022 Diplomas

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- A miscommunication with the diploma vendor related to the cutoff date for President Barron's final commencement and the use of his signature resulted in a printing error. There also was a technical issue with the Certified Electronic Diplomas (CeDiplomas) displaying students' names incorrectly. We are working quickly to resolve and correct the errors. Penn State plans to reissue the electronic diplomas and to also deliver by U.S. mail the corrected paper diplomas to our spring 2022 graduates.
