Upcoming Transcript Services Upgrade and Shutdown:

Transcript ordering via Parchment will be offline from 1:00 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday, March 22 to 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 23. No transcript requests will be processed during this period. In preparation for this upgrade, the Hold for Grades and Hold for Degree processing options will be unavailable until March 23.

University phone system down

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The University's phone system is currently experiencing a disruption in service that is preventing the Office of the University Registrar and other Penn State offices from receiving external phone calls. The University is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
