Double Check Rooms for Fall 2024

Hello,

To make sure our first week of fall 2024 classes runs as smoothly as possible, how about you all check out your room assignments in LionPATH and 25Live to make sure they match?

To do this, I would suggest using the PE_SR_CLASS_TERM_SUBJECT query in LionPATH and then look up your classes in 25Live by following the directions here. This will bring up all your classes in 25Live and you will be able to see the Facility ID that has been assigned to your class in the Locations column.

What I need you to do is make sure that what is in 25Live is what you are seeing in LionPATH. Whatever is in 25Live is correct and is what should be showing in LionPATH. If you do not see a room scheduled for your class in 25Live, you will need to search for one. Make sure your searches are set up correctly to only be pulling GPCs.
