Update on Instruction Modes

October 28, 2025 -- Please see the communication below about a new instruction mode, H1, effective for fall 2026. With this new mode, there have been a few changes in the definitions of some of our other modes.

Prime Time Query

October 3, 2025 -- We had a query created in LionPATH so you can monitor your prime-time percentages in real time since iTwo is always data from the day before.

Office of the University Registrar Office Changes

September 12, 2025 -- Beginning at 5:00 today, Enrollment Management will be launching an Enrollment Services Center to be the first point of contact for students and families who are reaching out to Admissions, Student Aid, or Registrar. This is ONLY for students.

Sending Notifications to a Class Roster

August 21, 2023 -- This is just a reminder that if you cancel a class, nothing automatically goes to the students to let them know of this change or any change (days, times, location, etc.) for that matter. Best practice is to go to the class roster prior to cancelling the class and notifying the students through there.

Historical Course Offering

August 17, 2023 -- Our office has created a historical course offering dashboard on our website. It is very similar to our old one we had back in ISIS days, but we have added some additional features such as instruction mode, class component, session type, and start/end dates.
